As you finish your first assignment of working as a team, you may have encountered some setbacks along the way. Like in the real world, setbacks and unforeseen circumstances arise and how you handle them as a team helps determine your success in reaching the final outcome. Being prepared and knowing how to handle situations that you have never been in, allow you to learn from that experience and are better prepared in the future when working in a group.
